 The Ark Trip 

We’re excited about our upcoming Ark Trip, and there are still plenty of seats available! Please feel free to invite family and friends to join us. A reminder that full payment is due by April 15, so be sure to take care of that by the deadline.

 

Singles February First Saturday 

 

On February 7, our singles will be heading out to dinner to celebrate their love for God, God’s love for them, and their love for one another. All singles—never married, divorced, or widowed—are welcome to attend. And yes… be ready to take pictures! For more information, please contact Gabriel Carr.

 

Sweetheart Ball 

 

Married couples, don’t miss our Sweetheart Ball on February 14, from 6:00–10:00 pm. Please be sure to register and submit payment as soon as possible, no later than January 25.

 

Church Family Meeting 

Next Sunday, immediately following the worship service, we will hold our first Church Family Meeting of the year. We’ll reflect on God’s faithfulness in 2025 and share our vision and goals for 2026. After the meeting, we’ll enjoy a brief time of fellowship with our newest members from the previous quarter.

Don’t forget The Village Gathering—a free meal and discussion led by NC State’s Wolfpack D.E.N. (Discussion Engagement Network)

MLK Walk for Hope 

Join us tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM for the 5K Walk for Hope. We’ll be collecting non-perishable food items for NeighborUp Dorcas Food Pantry. They currently have plenty of canned peas and corn, but the following items are especially needed:

  • Dish soap

  • Laundry detergent

  • Syrup

  • 2 lb. bags of sugar

  • 2 lb. bags of masa

  • Paper towels

  • 24 oz. bottles of cooking oil

  • Oatmeal

  • Deodorant

  • Small bags of dog food

  • $10 gift cards

 

Church-Wide Prayer Rally 

Our next Church-Wide Prayer Rally, hosted by the Men’s Ministry, will be held on Tuesday, January 20, at 7:00 pm. Everyone is encouraged to come out and pray together. You may submit prayer requests in the prayer request box at the back of the sanctuary or online.

 

Contribution Statements 

The 2025 contribution statements are now ready and available for pickup at The Welcome Center.
