Exploring the Holy Spirit, Renewal Service with Vision Church, Prayer Rally 2014 (Pastoral Emphasis for 9/14)

I hope that your praying and fasting this past week was fruitful. I pray that the Holy Spirit spoke to you concerning your life, ministry, or calling. And I pray that you would be empowered by the Holy Spirit to pursue it.

On Wednesday at 7pm, we're starting a new 3-week Bible Study series, "Exploring the Holy Spirit". Who is the Holy Spirit? What does He do? There's so much confusion around the doctrine of the Holy Spirit so come out, and bring friends to learn and be equipped to share the truth about the Holy Spirit.

Also on Wednesday, the Graduate and Professional Ministry is reconvening Wednesday Night Bible Study for our young adults.

Mark your calendar for our Renewal Service on Friday, 9/26 at 7pm. Vision Church of Raleigh will be our guest with Pastor Jerome Gay bringing the Word.

The area-wide Prayer Rally for 2014 will be on Tuesday, October 7th at 7pm at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. Already, there are 106 churched participating across denominations and ethnic groups. Mt. Zion has 24 seats reserved so sign up today online.

We will try this out until the end of the year and then evaluate. So don't be surprised when you see me not wearing a tie! I shared the following email that we got via our website to show that we are spreading the Gospel worldwide. To God be the glory! Greetings Mt.
