Elder-Led Prayer for Healing, Spring Spruce Up, Family Power Hour (Pastoral Emphasis for 3/23)

This Tuesday, we will have Elder-led Prayer from 6 to 7pm. We will be praying for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. All are welcome to come out and join us. James 5:14 (ESV) says "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord."

Our Spring Spruce Up is happening on Saturday, March 29th, from 9:30am to 12:30pm. We need everyone to help clean our church. Please sign up online today.

The Mt. Zion Family Power Hour will meet on Sunday, March 30th, at 9:00am. We hope to see you there!

Responding to the Flooding All of us are painfully aware of the devastating flooding that struck our nation recently. As of Friday evening, the confirmed death toll in Texas has risen to 129, with at least 150 individuals still missing across the state. Our hearts are heavy, and we grieve for the lives lost and the families enduring unimaginable pain. One of the first things people tend to do is look for someone to blame. Was it the fault of the warning system not being early enough? Was it the fault of the government (state and federal)? Was it the fault of God?
