Durham Rescue Mission Victory Choir Presentation

 

Please join us here at Mt. Zion on Saturday, November 1, from 2:00–3:00 PM as the Durham Rescue Mission Victory Choir shares testimonies and songs of praise. You won’t want to miss this uplifting time of worship!


Pastor Harris – Guest Speaker

 

Pastor Harris will be speaking at Christ Family Church in Cary on Thursday, November 6 at 7:30 PM for their Thankful Thursday service. The Mt. Zion choir will also be accompanying him. Let’s support and pray for our pastor and choir as they minister together.


Guest Speaker Next Sunday

 

We’re honored to welcome J.R. Bucklew, one of the speakers from the Missions:Together Expo, as our guest speaker next Sunday. J.R. serves with Pioneer Bible Translators and is actively involved in Deaf ministry and global missions. Come ready to hear what God is doing through this important work.


Church Family Meeting

 

A reminder that our Church Family Meeting will be held immediately after the morning service. We’ll also take time to fellowship with our new members. All members are asked to attend. We’ll dismiss guests after service, then reconvene for the meeting once setup is complete.

A Joyful Announcement: Welcome Baby Eliana! We are thrilled to celebrate the birth of Eliana Corena Thompson , daughter of Lachonya and Robert Thompson. Eliana arrived on December 21st , weighing 6 lbs 2 oz and measuring 19.25 inches long.  Her beautiful name, Eliana, has a special meaning in Hebrew: “God has answered.” This precious little one is indeed an answer to countless prayers.
