Durham Rescue Mission Victory Choir Presentation

 

Please join us here at Mt. Zion on Saturday, November 1, from 2:00–3:00 PM as the Durham Rescue Mission Victory Choir shares testimonies and songs of praise. You won’t want to miss this uplifting time of worship!


Pastor Harris – Guest Speaker

 

Pastor Harris will be speaking at Christ Family Church in Cary on Thursday, November 6 at 7:30 PM for their Thankful Thursday service. The Mt. Zion choir will also be accompanying him. Let’s support and pray for our pastor and choir as they minister together.


Guest Speaker Next Sunday

 

We’re honored to welcome J.R. Bucklew, one of the speakers from the Missions:Together Expo, as our guest speaker next Sunday. J.R. serves with Pioneer Bible Translators and is actively involved in Deaf ministry and global missions. Come ready to hear what God is doing through this important work.


Church Family Meeting

 

A reminder that our Church Family Meeting will be held immediately after the morning service. We’ll also take time to fellowship with our new members. All members are asked to attend. We’ll dismiss guests after service, then reconvene for the meeting once setup is complete.

Youth Sunday, J. Allen Lewis Scholarship Winners, A Word to Our Graduates (Pastoral Emphasis for 6/14)

  Today was Youth Sunday , where our children and youth were leading and participating in the worship service. Our children read scripture, prayed, sang, and ministered a fine arts piece. We heard a message from a youth speaker, Abigail Campbell, who encouraged us to work hard and leave the rest to God.  Celebrating Our Graduates We also recognized and celebrated all of our graduates. Whether you completed high school, earned a college degree, completed graduate studies, or achieved another educational milestone, we rejoice with you and thank God for your hard work and perseverance. We are also grateful for the impact of the Delta Academy and GEM programs , which have been meeting at Mt. Zion. We appreciate the investment these programs make in developing and encouraging young people, and we thank Ms. Daniel and Ms. Owens for their leadership and partnership. J. RACOP Prayer2025, M:T Expo, Church Family Meeting (Pastoral Emphasis for 10/19)

Welcome New Members!     We are excited to welcome back  Kai Coppage to our church family! She grew up in this church, and is coming back as an adult member.   Raleigh Area Concerts of Prayer 2025     The Raleigh Area Concerts of Prayer (RACOP) is back! Prayer2025 is a multi-church gathering where believers unite in prayer for spiritual awakening and world evangelization . Mt. Zion has participated in this powerful event in past years, and we are thrilled to take part again.
