Easter Egg Hunt, Sunrise Easter Celebration, Blood Drive (Pastoral Emphasis from 3/28)

We are invited to Christ First Christian Fellowship Center's 2nd Annual Easter Musical, "At the Foot of the Cross," this evening at 6:00pm.

We are having an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday at 1pm. Join us for the fun and fellowship.

Next Sunday, we have our Sunrise Easter Celebration at 6am. That will be our only service. We will not have Children's Church so all families can worship together. We will celebrate Communion and have breakfast right after the service. Invite your family and friends to come and spend Easter with us.

Don't forget to join us at Bible Study this Wednesday where we'll watch a message regarding helping Haitian churches and explain how we will be helping. The video is a little over an hour long so we'll start promptly at 7pm.

Click through to the blog post if you can't see this video.

We're having a big Tailgate Party on October 2nd. During this event the Red Cross will be on site taking blood donations for the local & national blood banks. Before we can confirm their participation in the event, the Red Cross requires us to collect pledges to show our commitment (we need 40). Our pledge information must be turned in on March 30th, so your prompt response is appreciated.

Here's how you can help. You can pledge in one of two ways:
  • Send an email to marketing@mtzionmb.org with your name and phone number
  • Sign the donor pledge sheet at the Welcome Center.
Any questions can be directed to marketing@mtzionmb.org or you can visit the Red Cross website for donor information at http://www.redcrossblood.org/donating-blood/eligibility-requirements .

Even though we don't have a formal dress code at church, I think we have an unspoken one. Our guest may perceive a dress code based on what they see on the stage from leadership. So in order to remove any barriers that might prevent some from visiting us or feeling comfortable in our service, the leadership will dress a little more casual. We will try this out until the end of the year and then evaluate. So don't be surprised when you see me not wearing a tie! I shared the following email that we got via our website to show that we are spreading the Gospel worldwide. To God be the glory! Greetings Mt. I was talking to my very dear sister, soror, friend Sis Brandi Hancock and she and I were having a heart to heart. I told her that I was

One Life Saved
